The main goals of the present research is to find the relations between multiple variables in SQD and offer the significant model in chain stores of Iran, in order to, decrease the cost and increase the benefits. To design the model, four constructs with customer based approach were used. Concepts of POS (store), customer satisfaction (experience), brand image (corporate) and quality of relationship (CRM) were used to operationalize customer loyalty as the target objective of model. The store quality was used as an antecedent of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and called “SQD-based-LD” approach. In this study, a survey was used as the method of primary data collection. The structured survey involved several steps from designing the questions to field work and assessing the reliability of the measurement. 150 usable questionnaires in primary step and 500 usable questionnaires in final step were employed. The test of the proposed model was based on a simple path model that related the latent variables to the dependent manifest variable store quality. In this method, the scatter diagram and regression are used for comparative the outlet brand and image in product portfolio (selected by direction of consulting in chain store) and survey the relation between satisfactions and store quality for determination of corporate brand and image quality and design the several variables in SQD model for ranking by Friedman method for improvement of model. Before the main test of the model, for primary design of the conceptual model and describing the hypothesis, evaluating the goodness of fitting, consistency operation and confirming the fundamental results for starting the work were performed. In this research, the Cluster method was used with condition of random selection. The SPSS-AMOS software was used for descriptive analysis, construct analysis and measuring correlations between constructs, goodness of fitting, structural equation modeling and survey of validity/reliability. All models were estimated using ML estimation in AMOS-SPSS 18.0 and the indicator variables were adopted from the measurement model. Research results show that the SQD significant relationship between CI, CS and LD. Significant relationship between CS with QCR and LD and also significant relationship between CI and LD can be seen, but no significant relationship was observable between CI with CS and QCR with LD in ETKA Chain Stores of Iran
