This article provides a constitutional and legal analysis of the problems of the formation and development of state ideology as the basis for optimizing the system of executive power in the Russian Federation. The work has developed and justified a system of measures to remove obstacles in the formation and development of state ideology in Russia; the purposes, tasks and parameters of the ideological basis of Russian statehood are formulated, which will ensure the implementation of the optimization of the executive power system in the country, the large-scale modernization of its economy and the qualitative improvement of the living standards of the population of the Russian Federation.

The production of esters is not fully tested, nor is it an efficient process. Conventional production requires energy consumption, the use of a catalyst, and a significantly greater amount of alcohol than stoichiometric. The aim of this work is to carry out the optimization process of esterification of propionic acid with lower monohydric alcohols. It is also intended to examine the influence of the amount of catalyst (H2SO4), the size and structure of the alcohol, the influence of the ?-substituent in propanoic acid, the molar acid/alcohol ratio and temperature on the esterification process. The titration method was used as a simple, efficient and fast technique to determine the degree of acid conversion during the esterification reaction. The descending order of reactivity tested alcohol is 1-butanol> 1-propanol> ethanol> 2-propanol. The reactivity of carboxylic acids in the esterification reactions is determined by steric factors alkyl series, and to a lesser extent electronic effects. The molar ratio acid/alcohol is one of the most important variables that can influence the degree of conversion of acid to ester. As the acid/alcohol molar ratio increases, the rate and yield of the esterification reaction increase. The maximum yield of ester (n-propyl propanoate) in our experiments was 96.9%, achieved at a molar ratio of propanoic acid/1-propanol/catalyst (H2SO4) 1/10/0.20 and a temperature of 65 oC for 210 minutes of reaction.

In this paper, we are interested in the resolution of the Euler isentropic equations in the linear case as a symmetric system which is not positif in the Friedrichs sense. We prove the existence and the uniqueness of a weak solution.

The Data Envelope Analysis has become a very useful tool to analyze the efficiency in the use of hospital resources. The objective of this work was to determine the Technical Efficiency of a set of Hospitals in the Chilean National Health System network for the period 2007-2016. The methodology used in the study is data envelope analysis, DEA-CCR constant returns to scale and DEA-BCC variable returns to scale orientation inputs. As input variables, the number of medical personnel, dentists, nutritionists, nurses, physiotherapists, midwives, medical technicians and the number of beds per million inhabitants were used. Hospital discharges were used as output variables. From the efficiency analysis it was found that the hospitals that turned out to be technically efficient throughout the period were from the Antofagasta (100%), Metropolitan (100%) and O\'Higgins (100%) Regions. Specifically, it can be observed that, as a whole and under the first of the assumptions, the hospitals in the different regions of the country should reduce their supplies by 11.3% to be on the efficient frontier. Considering the variable returns assumed to scale, hospitals should reduce their supplies by 5.2% to be on the efficient frontier. This research could contribute to the improvement of hospital work and decision-making by health authorities in the use of their resources.

Postoperative intraperitoneal or ectopic free air may occur after abdominal, gynecologic, laparoscopic surgery or endoscopic procedures and in rare cases represents gastrointestinal perforation, requiring emergency laparotomy. Evaluating patients with postoperative signs of bowel perforation may be difficult, especially when day-case laparoscopic or endoscopic surgery is performed, with the patient readily discharged from hospital. Postoperative abdominal free air can be benign with minor symptomatology or pathologic, indicative of gastrointestinal perforation. Delayed diagnosis of gastrointestinal perforation due to underestimation of postoperative free air is associated with a high morbidity and mortality rate.\n\nWe report three cases of patients presenting with postoperative free air along with the clinical presentation and management.
